​Lectures form an integral part of sharing knowledge. On the one hand, lectures give an opportunity for peers to share their wisdom with others, thus fostering the idea of peer-to-peer learning.  On the other hand, it creates possibilities for veterans in the finance industry to impart their knowledge and experience to the students of IIM Rohtak.
